Ignore the title, it's hardly a recipe but I'll show you what I've been eating daily recently..
Now that I have finally started my "JuicePlus+" diet.
Before I got to bed & as soon as I wake up I have this..
Hot water mixed with a bit of cold & a squeezed fresh lemon.
Then in between that & my breakfast I drink water & for my breakfast I have this..
Natural yoghurt with strawberries, blueberries, banana & oats.
I also use the above ingredients to make a smoothie but add skimmed milk with it also, which looks like this..
Totally delicious! Who knew being healthy could taste so good!?
Except from the horrible shakes I have to drink, erghhh!
